1. Nature of Products

Amruta Ayurveda sells Ayurvedic herbal capsule products. Due to the health and hygiene nature of these products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You have received a damaged product.
• You have received a wrong product.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• If the product has been opened or used.
• If the request is made after the allowed 48-hour window.
• If the product was purchased during a special offer, clearance sale, or promotional discount (unless damaged or incorrect).
• If incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• We may offer a replacement product, or
• Process a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
