We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Amruta Ayurveda reserves the right to update shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.

If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect details or delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not use the product.
  • Take clear photos or videos of the package and product.

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
